We only make a contract with clients under the condition which we have well understanding of structure and needs of clients and an enough ability to accomplish the assignment.
	We strictly keep the privacy of candidates, clients and firms.
	We keep at least one year of gap before referring the professionals in one firm to other firms, after the accomplishment of the requested assignment.
	We offer candidates resume to your firm only when official contract has been made. All process is done under the agreement with candidates.
	We don't refer the same candidates to more than one firm.
	When any change in candidate is made and any mistake is found in resume of the candidate we refer, we inform you promptly.
	We do our best to protect the rights of our clients. If there is a condition when we are not able to accomplish the assignment or not able to find fulfilled candidates for the assignment, we inform this to our clients as soon as possible and suggest an alternative plan.
